We are finally home! We are so excited to be home and start our life as a family of 4. Can you believe it??!! Maya was SO happy to see us and is loving her new baby brother. She has to know where he is at all times. She is also keeping pretty close tabs on us to make sure we are not leaving her again. We are so thankful to my parents for taking such good care of her while we were gone. She was so happy to be with them!
Update on birthparents: as we sat with our attorney yesterday for 3 hours we learned a lot of stuff about Florida law and how it is truly in our favor. We are ready to fight for Kenyon! How could we not - he is our son! Nothing will be solved anytime soon so in the meantime, we are just going to enjoy each day, one moment at a time.
Thanks again to everyone for their thoughts, prayers, emails, and phone calls. We are overwhelmed by the love and support from family and friends. Just typing it, I start crying again. You are all the best!

yeah! Im so glad you are home! And i got on here to email you and see how Maya is doing with her little brother! Im glad its going well! And Im sooo glad you adopted in Florida, not Texas :) (the laws)
