Smiles

Baby Noah is smiling and cooing more and more and I keep trying to catch it on camera.

I love this phase... now I just need him to sleep through the night!

Another 1st Day of School

Devin had his first day of preschool last week. He cried when I first dropped him off, but quickly stopped and has loved everyday since. Today he went to preschool, came home and napped, and then asked if he could go back to preschool as soon as he woke up. So happy he loves it and I love the break with less kiddos!

1st Day of School

Maya and Kenyon started school today. Kenyon is in 1/2 day Kindergarten and Maya is in all day 2nd grade.

The babies and I celebrated by hitting Target right when it opened.

Kenyon came home and talked about how exciting it was at TWO recesses and P.E. Maya isn't home yet - such a long day for her :(.

Devin will start preschool 2 mornings a week next week, Noah will go to daycare 2 mornings a week and Mom will volunteer at the school one day a week and run errands with just Owen the other day. NICE!

Under Construction

We are under construction. Our 3 bedroom house was getting a bit small with 5 kids so we are turning our big loft into a smaller loft and a bedroom for Kenyon and Devin. It is a big mess right now, but I am hoping that handy husband of mine (with the help of 4 kids!) can get it finished before he starts back to school in 3 weeks.

Kenyon has requested a red room, decorated in Halloween decorations and with a big jar of Halloween candy he can eat when he gets hungry at night. Good thing we are not letting the 5 year old decide the decor!
