Vacation Post #1

We just returned home from nearly 2 weeks of vacation (or "macation" as Kenyon calls it). At the last minute we decided to tag along with my parents on a trip to Utah and Wyoming for a week. Then on our way home we had Jer meet us in Vegas and our family went on to California to visit Jer's family. It was so nice to be away from the heat, but it has also been very nice to be back home in our own beds.

Here are some pics from the first leg of the trip.

First thing we headed up to Brighton Ski Resort for a family reunion. 70 degrees and snow = lots of fun!







This was the view from our bedroom window... Beautiful!

Aunt Tiff came and hung out with us for a day.

We went for walks.

Played pool.

Put tape on our eyes.

Got REALLY dirty (he even ate dirty snow and was sick the next day!).

Made jewelry.


Not pictured was the kids' scavenger hunt, lots of squirrels that the kids chased around, all of the yummy food and lots of relatives that we got to hang out with that we rarely see. So much fun!
